Place the cursor where you want your signature to begin.
Type the character(s) assigned to your signature font.
Select the character(s) with your mouse or keyboard.
Select your signature font from the font selection list.
Select a point size.
Your signature will appear on the screen and in the printed or faxed document.
Quick Tip: If you forget the character location where your signature is stored, use Character Map to view the characters in your font. (Character Map is a small program usually found in the "Accessories" program menu.)
